Therapy involves examining our lives to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and what holds us back from change.
My role is to encourage self-awareness and help you create a conscious shift toward positive changes in your life.
Together we will explore patterns that may be impacting your life and relationships; teach you coping skills and cognitive tools for support; and build confidence for you to actively change.
It is my hope that our work together will support you in feeling less stressed and more optimistic about what you can bring to your life.

Notice of Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges:
Under Public Health Services Act §2799B-6(2)(B) (the No Surprises Act)
As of January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
