Therapy Process

Therapy involves examining our lives to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves and what holds us back from change. You may be seeking support for personal growth, life transitions, relationship changes, navigating a crisis, or a desire to live a more meaningful life. Therapy provides a secure and confidential connection to process feelings without judgment. Change is possible, and a trusting therapeutic relationship can encourage exploration of who you authentically are and what you genuinely want in your life. 


I approach my work with kindness, curiosity and a strong intention to understand your experience. My role is to encourage self-awareness and help create a conscious shift toward positive changes in your life. Together we will explore patterns that may be holding you back so you can feel more connected and fully experience life in the present. It is my hope that our work together will support you in feeling more optimistic about what you can bring to your life. 

Logistics + Finances

Please contact me to discuss my current fee and availability. Payment is due at each session, payable by cash or check. My practice is self-pay; however I can provide a monthly statement for possible out of network reimbursement by your provider. Please note that appointment cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice will result in a full session fee charge.
